Terms and Conditions for IProDA (International Professional Domino Association) and The National Domino League, LLC.

Welcome to IProDA (International Professional Domino Association) and The National Domino League, LLC. (the “Club”). By participating in Club activities, using our services, or joining our online groups, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 

Please read them carefully.

1. Membership and Participation

• Membership is open to individuals who enjoy playing dominoes and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
• Members participate in games held at Game Colony, in a private room designated for the Club.
• Members also participate in a Facebook Messenger group for communication and coordination.
• All members must conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with these rules during all Club activities, including in-person games, online chats, and app usage.

2. Game Play and Wagering

• Domino games are played using an app provided by the Club.
• Members wager tickets during gameplay. Tickets are a form of in-club currency and have no monetary value outside the Club.
• The Club’s website is responsible for collecting and distributing tickets based on game outcomes.
• Members acknowledge that internet connectivity issues may occasionally affect gameplay. The Club is not responsible for interruptions or losses due to technical problems.
• Playing dominoes is considered a game of skill which means playing for tickets or participating in cash tournament do not constitute gambling because it is a game of skill.  In reality, you can't gamble playing dominoes here.
• Incentives offered by the club are subject to specific conditions such as continuous membership. A break in membership may void incentive(s).

3. Code of Conduct

• Members agree to maintain a respectful and friendly environment.
• The use of foul language, vulgar words, or any form of abusive, discriminatory, or offensive speech or writing is strictly prohibited in all Club-related communications, including chat rooms, recorded messages, and in-person interactions.
• Violation of this code may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of membership at the Club’s discretion.
• Any disciplinary action by the CDO (Chief Decorum Officer) will be taken with the approval of the CEO.  A clear concise violation will not always be subject to appeal.
• BOTTOM LINE -BE KIND TO EVERYONE AT ALL TIMES!

4. Privacy and Data Sharing

• By joining the Club, members authorize Game Colony to share necessary information about their participation and performance with ONLY THESE TWO affiliated organizations, 1) The National Domino League, LLC, and 2) IProDA.
• Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and used solely for Club-related purposes, including league registration and event coordination.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content related to the Club, including but not limited to game rules, branding, and website content, is the property of IProDA (International Professional Domino Association) and The National Domino League, LLC.or its licensors.
• Members may not use Club intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Liability

• The Club and Game Colony are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in Club activities, including but not limited to technical issues, disputes between members, or personal injury.
• Members participate at their own risk.

7. Amendments

• The Club reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Members will be notified of significant changes via email and/or the Facebook Messenger group.
• Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

8. Termination

• The Club may terminate a member’s participation at any time for violation of these Terms and Conditions or for conduct deemed harmful to the Club.
• Members may voluntarily leave the Club at any time by notifying the Club administrators.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
